Taken on a Samsung Galaxy S9 with Open Camera application which takes multiple exposures at once using HDR

Too dark: 1/8000s f/1.5 ISO100


 Too light: 1/5000s f/1.5 ISO100


Still not there: 1/1250s f/1.5 ISO100


HDR composite: ISO 100 1/5000 s f/1.5


I'm not the biggest fan of this camera app but it works when I don't have a DSLR with me and find a cool scene.
